Right of Cancellation

If for any reason you decide you do not wish to keep your purchase, you may return it to us within 2 weeks. The term for the return of goods begins on the day you receive the merchandise and this notice in written form. The merchandise must be sent back, or the written notice of your intention to return the goods must be sent before the term for return expires. Goods to be returned should be sent to:

In case of a valid cancellation of the contract, both parties must return the performances already received from the other party and MRDO products may claim the restitution of benefits (e.g. advantages from use of the goods) from the Customer. If the returned goods have decreased in value due to being damaged or used, MRDO products may claim appropriate compensation from the Customer. However, no compensation may be claimed if, it is determined that the traces of usage are equivalent to the traces caused by a normal try-on in a retail shop. To avoid having to pay compensation, we recommend that you treat the good carefully and refrain from anything that might diminish their value.

Please note that the merchandise must always be carried out starting from the country to which the article was originaly delivered.
